Beginning of Season 1
In this article, we will talk about the recent events following our mint on Tuesday (26th October). We will talk about what has been done so far, what’s coming this week, and the beginning of Styllar Season 1. You can expect a few alphas along the way, including a first hint at what the item fusions can look like.
First, let’s do a recap of the week.
- For the fourth week in a row, Styllar NFT is in the top 10 most influential Terra projects! Congratulations to our awesome and very supportive community.
- Styllar announced one of its key features in the avatar builder, the fusion mechanism. If you don’t know what it is, we recommend reading our previous Medium article here: After Mint, What’s next?
- Styllar Season 0’s last reward for the Styllar Legend was disclosed yesterday in the Discord. Anyone with the rank of Styllar Legend on Discord will receive an awesome Banana Katana. Don’t forget that rewards are stacked as you go up the ranks, which means anyone getting the Styllar Legend rank will also receive the Apes and Super Apes rewards.
- We released the official ranking chart on our website styllar.com You can now see the ranking of all your Styllars directly in the “my collection” tab on our website. The full collection ranking will also be viewable this week on our website.
- Over the week, Styllar’s volume has been continually on the top, which shows the interest in the project. We’re extremely happy about it, and can’t wait to show you the avatar builder.
- We have identified an issue where if you didn’t withdraw your styllars from Randomearth’s settlement contract, it would not show up on our website in “my collection”. Expect this issue to be resolved this week.
- Starting today (November 1st), Styllar Season 1 (Gamer Season) has officially begun!
Official ranking system
If you guys have been following the news on our Twitter and in our Discord, you know that we released our official ranking chart on our website.
You can now go in the “my collection” tab and see the ranking and the rarity of your styllars and your items.
Your styllars are viewable in the “My styllars” tab and your items are viewable in the “My Items” tab.
The full collection is set to be released on our website this week. You’ll be able to browse between our 10,050 styllars, see their ranking and their price in real-time on Randomearth. If you’re looking to “snipe” some good deals, it will definitely be a feature helping you.
Our head of technology @Notomoro also hinted that he is working on a snipe rank/value bot for Discord.
Avatar builder
Following our previous article where we talked a bit about our avatar builder (which is our main feature coming in our v1 roadmap), the Styllar team has been working on the recipes for the fuse mechanism.
We already leaked some of those recipes in our Discord and in our previous article. If you’re not in our Discord, you should definitely join us. There are alphas every day for the community.
Our fuse mechanism will allow you to combine multiple items together to create a rarer item. This mechanism will create scarcity inside the common item supply, at which point people will need to be careful and think about what they use to fuse and hold. We would like to remind you guys that the initial pool of items is bootstrapped by the owners “you” of our original Styllar collection. Those items are considered as generation 0 items.
As more items get used to fuse, generation 0 items are going to become even rarer.
Here’s an example: By combining 4 “Turquoise island blue Ruby caps” you’ll receive a Diamond. What are those diamonds going to do? You’ll want to be active in our Discord to catch the alpha.
By fusing 3 “Black Trasher Long Sleeves Shirt” you would get the fire horns. There will be multiple other combinations to come. Also, all marbles will have purposes.
